FairSign lets you send documents for legally binding e-signatures. Here's how to get your first document signed:

Create an account

Sign up at fairsign.ai. One account gives you access to all 13 Fair products. No credit card required — you get 3 free signatures to start.

Upload a document

Upload any PDF or create from a template. Drag signature fields, date fields, and text fields where you need them.

Add signers

Enter email addresses for each signer. They receive a link — no account needed on their end. They just open and sign.

Send and track

Hit send. Track who's viewed, who's signed, and who hasn't in your dashboard. Cost: $0.05 per signature collected.

Your First Document

Detailed guide coming soon. FairSign supports PDF uploads up to 50MB, with drag-and-drop field placement for signatures, dates, text, and checkboxes.

FairSign charges per signature collected, not per seat or per month.

  • $0.05 per signature — this covers the signing API, document storage, email notifications, compliance infrastructure, and our margin.
  • Free actions — creating documents, editing templates, sending reminders, downloading audit trails. These are all free.
  • Wallet-based — top up your wallet balance, spend it across any Fair product. Balance never expires.
  • 3 free signatures — new accounts get 3 free signatures, no card required.
